Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data On-Chains Online processes when you use the dashboard at https://on-chains.online, and what choices you have over that data.

Plain-language summary
- We do not custody funds, store private keys, or move tokens on your behalf.
- We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
- We talk to public blockchain RPC providers (Helius, Infura, Alchemy, etc.) and to Etherscan-family explorers to render the dashboard. Those providers see your IP and the wallet address you have connected.
- Wallet connections happen between your browser and your wallet extension. We see only the public address you choose to share.
1. Who we are
On-Chains Online (“the Service”) is operated by Heifereum (“we”, “us”). The Service is reachable at https://on-chains.online. For privacy questions contact legal@heifereum.com.
2. Data we process
The Service is a Web3 dashboard. It connects directly from your browser to your wallet and to public blockchain endpoints. We do not run server-side accounts. The categories of data involved are:
- Public wallet addresses you connect. These are pseudonymous and publicly visible on the underlying blockchain.
- Connection metadata from your browser: IP address, user-agent, requested URL, referrer, and approximate timestamps. This is standard HTTP log data, used to operate and secure the Service.
- RPC and explorer queries: the wallet addresses, token contracts, and chain IDs you ask the dashboard to inspect. These queries are forwarded to the configured RPC and explorer providers.
- Local-only preferences (theme, last-used chain, tracked tokens) stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
We do not collect: private keys, seed phrases, passwords, government IDs, financial-account credentials, payment-card data, biometric data, or location data beyond coarse IP geolocation.
3. Why we process it
- To render the dashboard you requested.
- To operate, debug, and secure the Service against abuse (rate-limiting, fraud detection, incident response).
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable (e.g. responding to lawful requests from competent authorities).
4. Sub-processors
To deliver the Service we rely on infrastructure providers that process limited data on our behalf, including hosting (Vercel), blockchain RPC providers (Helius, Alchemy, Infura, QuickNode-compatible endpoints), and blockchain explorers (Etherscan-family APIs). Each provider has its own privacy policy and security posture.
5. Retention
HTTP / RPC logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging. Local browser preferences live on your device until you clear them. We do not maintain server-side user accounts.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA / similar) you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not maintain accounts, most requests resolve quickly. Email legal@heifereum.com to exercise any of these rights.
7. Cookies and tracking
The Service uses no third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is localStorage for the local preferences described in §2 and standard cookies set by infrastructure providers for load-balancing.
8. Changes
When this policy changes materially we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, post a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
