Terms of Service

1. The Service

On-Chains Online (the “Service”) is a non-custodial dashboard for inspecting and operating tokens you already control on public blockchains. The Service relays signed transactions from your own wallet to public blockchain networks. The Service does not hold, transmit, exchange, or invest funds on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not be subject to sanctions that prohibit your use of cryptocurrency tooling. You are solely responsible for ensuring that operating tokens and stablecoins is lawful where you live and where the tokens you control are issued.

3. Your wallet, your keys, your responsibility

The Service interacts with your self-custodied wallet via the wallet's own browser extension or SDK. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and any hardware that stores them. We cannot recover them and will never ask for them. Any transaction you sign is final on the underlying chain and cannot be reversed by us.

4. No financial advice

Nothing displayed in the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Token data is fetched from public sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Verify on-chain state independently before taking any irreversible action.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to evade sanctions or launder funds.
• Use the Service to issue, distribute, or operate tokens that constitute securities you are not authorised to offer.
• Probe, scrape, or attempt to exploit the Service in ways outside the scope of our security policy.
• Impersonate Heifereum or claim affiliation with wallets, chains, or oracles that you are not authorised to represent.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party wallets (MetaMask, Phantom), RPC providers, blockchain explorers, and on-chain contracts. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for outages, fees, slippage, oracle failures, smart contract bugs, or any other behaviour originating outside the Service.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEIFEREUM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any user that violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitations, indemnities) will survive.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
